    Description

    Java Developer

    Location: London (Hybrid, remote-first)

    Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + 10% bonus

    We are seeking a Java Developer with a minimum of 4 years' experience to join one of the UK's rapidly growing technology hubs. Our team focuses on creating digital solutions that tackle real-world challenges using cutting-edge technologies and trends.

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to tackle a diverse range of complex problems and deliver solutions to a broad spectrum of clients, including both fast-growing start-ups and globally recognized household names.

    Responsibilities of the Java Developer:

    • Demonstrate proficiency in the development process, coding in Java to a high standard.
    • Take ownership of specific aspects of the development process, implementing appropriate methods and tools.
    • Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members:

    Requirements for the Java Developer:

    • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Java Development.
    • Familiarity with at least one framework, such as Spring or Hibernate.
    • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, would be advantageous.
