Job Description
We are currently recruiting for our client who are a leader in the food manufacturing sector.
Due to significant changes at site they are looking to recruit a Senior Production Manager who will be responsible for driving the performance across all shifts to meet output and quality targets.
You will have a 2 Production Managers directly reporting in to you and the expectation will be to improve standards across the manufacturing operation by setting and driving KPI's, mentoring and coaching, development of team members, working collaboratively with senior management and other functions.
In order to be considered for this role you must have operated in a chilled food environment, ideally protein, you will be a strong communicator and be able to evidence how you have improved performance within an organisation.
