    In this pivotal position, you will not only gather data but leverage it, using your unique insights and approach to spark interest and lay the groundwork for our sales team. Your task? To find those businesses and decision-makers who can benefit the most from our solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Dive into varied research methods: search engines, LinkedIn, company pages, and more.
    • Understand the needs of businesses in the commercial real estate tech sphere.
    • Master the art of cold calling, engaging potential leads, and booking introductory meetings.
    • Update CRM systems with detailed notes, ensuring a seamless handover to the sales team.
    • Produce detailed reports, outlining potential opportunities and market trends.
