    TheRole

    Supporting the Head of SportsMarketing Operations for Castore the Senior Sports MarketingOperations Executive is an integral link between Sports Marketingand Operational functions of the business and will be responsiblefor ensuring efficient and effective communication between bothfunctions as well as working with external facing personnel such asSenior Sports Marketing Managers Sports Marketing Managers andSports Marketing Executives.

    The Senior SportsMarketing Operations Executive will demonstrate excellentinterpersonal skills and a high level of structure and organisationwhen dealing with all sports and a range of requirements.

    Ultimately the Senior Sports MarketingOperations Executive will support the Head of Sports MarketingOperations and the Director of Sports Marketing to ensure two vitalfunctions of the business communicate in turn supporting oursponsored assets to achieve partnership business commercial andbrand goals.

    This will involve working acrossmultiple business units to build consistency and ensure that allare aligned to achieve the same business goals.

    Roles &Responsibilities

    Core

    Assist the HoSMO in being the main point ofcontact for internal communication between Sports Marketing andOperational functions of the business.

    Helpdrive key processes such as the critical path sponsor requirements& delivery of kit to ensure key milestones are hit.

    Work with key product departments to confirmthat all product is to the required regularity standard.

    Constantly explore ways to improve productionefficiency and consolidation across all Teams and sports.

    Assist with implementing or improving processesand working on adhoc projects as required by the Head of SportsMarketing Operations.

    DaytoDay

    Being able to assist the Head of SportsMarketing Operations in communicating internally to the SportsMarketing department what the relevant key dates are for sign offproduction and delivery dates.

    Be the point ofcontact for any quality control challenges that we face and liaisewith the product/sourcing departments ensuring the tracker is keptup to date and is continually monitored internally.

    Work closely with Partnership Operations team tomonitor and contribute to external conversations with Teamsspecifically around key periods such as bulk deliveries.

    Work with the Head of Sports MarketingOperations to ensure a smooth post production modification processand work with relevant departments to move product as efficientlyas possible.

    Control the overview of all Team(including retail where applicable) product drops and launchesthroughout the calendar year/season.

    Beinginvolved in the Gift of Kit ordering process working alongside theSports Marketing and Merchandise team to ensure all informationsupplied is accurate and as agreed with the wider business.

    Reporting

    Ensure product andoperational functions are aware and up to date with any keydelivery dates or requirements from sponsored Teams.

    Track and report on quality control challengesacross a Team Sport or Product category.

    Regularly providing status updates to the Headof Sports Marketing Operations on key projects beingworked.

    Skills &Qualities

    Experience of working ina busy administration role within the sports industry is desirable.

    Excellent computer literacy with the ability touse excel at an intermediate level.

    Highattention to detail and the ability to take initiative to completetasks.

    Ability to work crossfunctionallyliaising with peer groups across the business and adapting toevolution and changing of process.

    Comfortablein a fastpaced and everchanging business environment.

    Excellent planning and organisation skills withthe ability to juggle multiple projects at once.

    Flexible approach and willingness to furtherlearn and adapt in fast paced growing business.
