- You would typically have experience as an advisor in commercial insurance
- Demonstrable success providing telephone-based advice in sales
- Mirror the same telephone skills in face-to-face meetings
- Able to manage high volumes of enquiries
- To maintain consistent conversion rates in quoting and selling to new clients
- Project a professional and competent image, with an engaging and friendly manner, over the telephone and face to face
- Strong relationship building, influencing and team building skills
- Experience maintaining a client-led approach
- Advantage to have Cert/Diploma from CII - the company can offer CII Cert/Diploma as part of the package Whilst this is a new business focused position, it should be noted that the majority will be via referrals and warm leads.
