The role
As a Washroom Operative, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll be apart of a team who strip, clean, de-paint and overhaul support of Military vehicles.


Day to day, you'll work on any Military vehicle that comes through by stripping and cleaning machine parts, jet washing vehicles and parts of the vehicle.


  • Carry out work to the required standard and specification as detailed on the job card in accordance with the customer requirements, current regulations, local instructions, processes and other approved technical publications
  • Completion of equipment documentation and test certificates / reports to current standards
  • Ensure stores and equipment issued to job are used for their correct purpose and unused or new faulty material is returned to the section / department Supervisor as soon as it is identified
  • Comply with local policy on the correct disposal of hazardous or waste products

Essential experience of the Washroom Operative

  • Ability to work outdoors
  • Ability to work to timescales
This is a full time role based on site in Bovington.
