The post holder will be part of the Specialist Pelvic Health Team, providing healthcare and will work in a variety of settings.
This is a post that is suitable for a HCA/ Support worker who has a looked after client's continence needs in the past and is passionate for proactive treatment to promote continence; collaborate with clients to develop a realistic treatment plan that will meet their needs to reduce their need for containment equipment and containment products.
Reviewing the treatment plans, feeding back to registered clinical staff if patients are not making the expected progress, the use of motivational skills to support clients with pelvic floor exercises support appliance prescribing and containment products to managing incontinence if required.

- disciplinary teams/agencies in addressing a range of care/support issues across the spectrum of conditions, preventing unnecessary hospital admissions and improving the health and wellbeing of the population served. The nature of the service will be determined by local service specifications.
