Pub & Dining encapsulates the relaxed atmosphere of a suburban local pub. If you love getting to know guests, building a community of customers, serving and giving friendly advice about our range of products and are passionate about serving good quality, hearty pub classics, then a career with Pub & Dining could be for you. The Pen and Wig is a haven in the middle of the city. We are a traditional pub a mere 5 minutes' walk from the city centre. We serve quality food and have a stunning beer garden that is in use all year round. We have an ever-changing selection of real ale that we source from our local breweries and also a few from further afield.
