Sales Progressor / Administrator - Hale - Up to £25,000 DOE


An experienced and ambitious property development group, with a track record of building over 3,000 apartments, is recruiting a Sales Progressor / Administrator to sell off plan developments and offer resales to previous buyers.

This is an exciting, challenging, and rewarding role with future progression opportunities which match the company's ambition.


What you will be doing

  • Negotiating the sales of properties, managing the sales progression stages and offering a comprehensive service to clients throughout the sales cycle
  • Processing and progressing all new sales through the negotiation, exchange and completion stages
  • Instructing and liaising with solicitors throughout the sales process
  • Manage and maintain the CRM database for all active developments, this will include keeping an uptodate client file for each sale
  • Liaising with all stakeholders involved in the process (purchasers, agents, solicitors, funders, surveyors, brokers) and where necessary relaying updates on current projects
  • Coordinating solicitors, purchasers and other stakeholders to obtain updates on the completion of legal documents, e.g., Deed of variation, supplemental deeds, etc
  • Organising and forecasting exchange and completion dates for properties
  • Producing weekly reports on available stock, sales progression and completions

What you will have

  • Either previous sales progression or administrator experience
  • Thorough knowledge of the property sales process, including sales progression and legal process
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • IT skills, including knowledge of industryspecific software

What you will receive

  • Basic annual salary up to £25,000 DOE
  • Plus commissions
  • Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm
  • No weekends
