- Field Operations: Conduct and oversee the company's fieldwork activities.

- Project Coordination: Manage project resources, including suppliers and subcontractors, to meet project timelines efficiently.
- Project Understanding: Grasp the project's goals and reasoning.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilize software and technical documents to assess data and achieve project outcomes.
- Safety Compliance: Follow stringent health and safety standards set by the company.
- Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development (CPD) and enhance knowledge of geo-environmental laws and conceptual design.
- Communication: Maintain professional interactions with all team members and stakeholders.
- Project Evaluation: Assess sites for tender considerations and conduct desk studies.
- Bachelor's degree in geology, or geoenvironmental related qualification
- A strong understanding of UK geology and geographical awareness
- Clear written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- A proactive approach to problem solving and customer care
- Ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure
- Flexible working as determined by the requirements of the company, with travel around the UK, often with extended hours (overtime will be paid)
- Full UK driving licence
