I am looking for an experienced Care Manager to oversee the running of two brilliant Extra Care/ independent Living services based in the Ellesmere Port area.

These services are part of an award winning and values based national charity renown for providinghigh quality services for the elderly and more vulnerable in society.

Somebody with previous experience managing Extra Care/Retirement Living/Residential Homes/Domiciliary Care services would be perfect

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Estate Manager:

  • Ensure quality and consistency is maintained throughout the service
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with staff, service users and external stakeholders
  • Manage the provision of care for service users that require care packages
  • Understand and adhere to CQC regulations

Registered Estate Manager Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a Manager in a care setting essential, preferably within extra/ domiciliary/residential care or supported housing
  • Experience in dealing with people with Dementia in a previous role preferrable
  • Driven and ambitious
  • Fantastic knowledge of CQC regulations
  • A team player whose goal is to leverage good service
  • Level 5 qualification or working towards
