    MARKETING MANAGER

    Location: London

    Flexibility: 40% required in the office. 7am/9pm – 16pm/18pm

    We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join the team, you will be responsible for leading and executing the marketing strategies to drive growth, brand awareness, and client acquisition. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives, target market needs, and industry trends.

    Functional Expertise:

    • Takes responsibility for the strategic direction, budgets & results of the department - driving forward large, long-term projects that have a significant impact on and across the company.
    • Responsible for the Marketing budget, and KPI and tracking what's reported back to the board quarterly.
    • Gain a deep understanding of the Thor business model and its brands, as well as the markets in which they operate, then develop and implement marketing strategies in line with Thor's vision.
    • Monitor and analyse marketing metrics monthly and quarterly depending on the initiative. As well as oversee the development of monthly marketing reports for strategic improvement.
    • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning and review of marketing campaigns, aligning with Thor's strategic objectives.
    • Regularly coordinate with external suppliers and agencies for content strategy development and campaign brainstorming.

    Primary Job Responsibilities

    Brand Champion & Sales Enablement

    • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that will involve generating content to enhance Thor's brand visibility and to become known and trusted in the markets in which it operates.
    • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to uphold Thor's identity, values, and messaging across all marketing initiatives. This means being responsible for the Thor brand, ensuring consistent representation and alignment across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
    • Lead by example in embodying Thor's brand values and tone of voice in all communications, both internally and externally.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of brand-building efforts through metrics such as brand awareness, perception, and loyalty, and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Develop and customise marketing materials, templates, and resources to support sales teams in client outreach, ensuring alignment with brand standards including templates for key services and presentations to streamline sales messaging.

    Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

    • Collaborate with business development teams for targeted B2B lead generation in our sectors, to generate leads and turn them into customers. This involves but is not limited to content strategy, Google ads, SEO, paid social media ads, email marketing, targeted personas and nurturing leads through HubSpot.
    • Oversee the management and improvement of the company website, focusing on lead generation and user experience.
    • Full user journey and lead tracking to ensure all leads are passed on to sales teams. Monthly marketing report distributed to ensure marketing activity and effectiveness are communicated.
    • Serve as the HubSpot champion at Thor, driving the adoption and effective utilisation of the platform across the organisation.

    Manager Responsibilities

    • Develop, lead and inspire a marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
    • Managing the team, setting workloads, and ensuring that the team members are working towards their job description responsibilities.
    • Ensures team members work towards company goals and objectives and reports back about progress to head-offs and Directors.
