- Maintain and update residents' care plans in collaboration with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular checks on residents to ensure their health, safety, and comfort.
- Act in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery professional Code of Conduct.
- Support new staff members, offering guidance and assistance as needed.
- Continuously improve professional knowledge and competence in relevant areas.
- Assist in fundraising efforts and uphold home security measures.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures within defined timeframes.
- Foster effective communication with residents, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in staff and resident meetings as required.
- Provide administrative support when necessary.
- Prior experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent skills and knowledge of the job role.
