    Description

    The Company

This award winning, expanding consultancy is looking to recruit a passionate and conscientious Senior Landscape Architect to join a growing team in Sheffield. You will have the opportunity to work in a rapidly expanding multidisciplinary practice, with over 50 people located across several regional offices.

    The Role

As a Senior Landscape Architect you will work on a wide and varied range of projects. Previous examples range from solar farms, to the assessment of rewilding proposals in the Scottish Highlands, to designing new gardens villages and complex roof garden schemes. You will work alongside a team of Ecologists, Urban Designers and Heritage Consultants to create high quality, environmentally led schemes.

    The Candidate

As a suitable applicant you will need to have a good knowledge of landscape and visual assessment work, preferably with some experience of EIA development, and the desire to help create attractive and sustainable new developments. Ideally you will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCAD and will hold Chartered status (CMLI) with the Landscape Institute (but if you don't the business will help you get there).

    Salary and Benefits

The business has worked hard to achieve a healthy work-life balance and create a friendly and attractive place to work, recognised recently with the certification of "Great Place To Work". It provides an annual staff trip/weekend and funded team social events.

A competitive benefits package is on offer that includes a salary likely to be in the range £33k to £38k plus an annual profit-related and performance-based bonus scheme and flexible working around core hours.

Paid overtime is offered and the business operates on a hybrid basis with a preference for 3 days in the office and 2 from home (depending upon fieldwork demands).
