Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for an Admin Clerk in Birmingham. Looking for an experienced Admin Clerk who is available to interview as soon as possible.THIS IS A PERMANENT PLACEMENT WORKING FOR A WELL-ESTABLISHED BUSINESS IN BIRMINGHAM.
Job description:
- Answering calls and dealing with supplier/customer queries
- Booking work via the computer system
- Ordering supplies, producing invoices and statements
- Credit control via Sage accounts software
- 9.00am 2.00pm, Monday to Thursday
Requirements:
- 3 years of administration experience
- MS office literate
- Experience using Sage accounts preferred
- Friendly, approachable and well presented
- Available to interview immediately
