Microsoft Information Protection - Specialist Start Date: ASAP Duration: 12 months Rate: £ a day (Deemed Inside IR35)

Hybrid (Must be able to work 3 days on site in Canary Wharf)

Reference: 17547We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Information Protection specialist to join a team to help design and implement various Microsoft Information Protection solutions such as Sensitivity labelling, M365 DLP and Encryption and for a global Banking project.

You will need to stay on top of the technology development and understand the complexity and gap of the solution to the enterprise environment, collaborate with various Office365 teams and other infrastructure engineering team for integration and partner with Security, Operations and Product Management team to create runbook and automation etc.

MIP SpecialistShould have solid M365 Microsoft Information Protection experience and knowledge in designing and implementing the following MIP solutions:

Sensitivity labels and ClassificationSensitivity labels and Cross tenant collaboration controls and featuresEncryption solutions using Sensitivity label and Office 365 Message EncryptionSensitive data identification using Sensitive info types and EDMExchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and Power BI Integration with AIP/MIPM365 Data Loss Prevention policies & controls for O365 services AIP and MIP PowerShell for administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Good technical knowledge of relevant architectures OAuth, Azure AD, Log analytics, Windows authentication systems etc.

Collaborate with Information management, Security and Cloud architecture teams to design the implementation of Microsoft Information Protection solution in the firmWork with business clients to analyse, design and present solutions using MIP tools with cloud first approachesWork with different engineering teams to integrate Microsoft Information Protection solution to the firm's infrastructureWork with Product managers and leads to help develop our roadmap, prioritise deliverables and review demandsWork with internal and vendor team to address technical blockers and provide visibility and report significant problems to Squad leadership and escalate when needed.

Plan a way forward in complex and ambiguous situation with an innovative approach using cloud first approach.

Partner with and use specialist skills of others to drive technical alignment across internal teamStay on top of the development of the technology and roadmapShould have solid Windows infrastructure engineering experience and knowledge in PowerShell.

On top of that, experience of DRM in enterprise environment with DevOps and Automation in mind is required.

Automate the set up and deployment of Microsoft Information Protection General skills relevant to all disciplinesSignificant architectural experience of the O365 stack including Exchange Online, Office ProPlus, Intune, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Azure AD, Security and Compliance, Identity and E-DiscoveryWork in a globally distributed team to provide innovative and robust public Cloud solutionsSecurity focusWhen new O365 services are introduced to the team, perform a security assessment to identify vulnerabilities/risks and document solutions/controlsCollaborate with peer O365 technology teams to evolve existing architectures and drive ongoing enhancements to security controls to address changing security landscape and thematic risksAssist O365 technology and security teams in designing secure solutions and meeting security requirements at design time to ensure Firm-critical projects proceed smoothly and securely through security processesStrong working knowledge of foundational security principles and technologies including SIEM, CASB, Crypto, SSO, RBAC, DLP, PKI, etcStrong problem solving and analytical skillsNetworking People (UK) is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
