Perm Recruitment Consultant - Sales Driven - 2 Years Experience - Birchwood

Driving Licence & Own Transport Required.

Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience

OTE: £50,000-£60,000 PA (Generous & Un-capped Commission)

Silver Arrow are looking for a self-driven, self-motivated, sales superstar to join our team based in Birchwood. To succeed in this role, it is essential that you have a strong sales background, a strong work ethic and experience in running a perm desk as a recruitment consultant. Progression is available for the right candidate.

This position is for a permanent desk which is semi-warm. We specialise in the recruitment of Transport and Automotive staff, however if you have recruitment experience from a different sector please get in touch

Your Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday
30 Minute Lunch & Early Finish Friday

Your Role:

Completing new sales & bring more business to the desk
Managing and placing into work perm candidates
Dealing with multiple candidates and clients
Sourcing candidates for perm positions through multiple job boards/social media channels
Building and maintaining solid relationships with candidates & clients
Completing new sales calls/meeting & business development
Ensuring impeccable standards of communication and team work
You will be working within a busy office
Taking part in a 24-hour on call rota which will involve occasional weekends
Adherence to existing CRM and office processes/procedures is vital.
Occasionally this role may involve helping the temp recruitment team

What we need from you:

Full Driving Licence
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, resilient and conscientious
An excellent and confident telephone manner
Have a passion for working with people and problem solving
The ability to work under pressure, multi-task and adapt when priorities can quickly change.
An eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
Excellent I.T skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
