Description

Chase Taylor is recruiting for an experienced Operations Director to join a large-scale specialist manufacturer of uPVC windows and doors, who supplies to retail and commercial glazing installation businesses across the UK.

Our client is looking for a leadercapable of creating a 'can do culture' focused on continuous improvement and has experience within volume manufacturing preferably within the fenestration fabrication industry.

Other responsibilities also include:

Generating and delivering KPI's and budgets in full
Full P & L responsibility
Implementing best practices and delivering planned manufacturing margin, health and safety, and housekeeping improvements
Overseeing all administrative departments including processing, customer service and aftercare
Planning the use of human resources, reviewing workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a costeffective basis
Creating an environment that motivates employees,
Nurturing key talent for succession planning within operations and ensuring continuous development of all employees.
