We have an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company with smart modern offices in Redditch.

They are looking to fill a role for Sales & Operations Team Leader based in Redditch you will be responsible to plan and allocate all shop floor productionjobs & operations whilst building and maintaining customer relations and working closely with other internal departments.

The Sales & Operations Team Leader key duties:

Responsible for the sales and production administrations of the business to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and enable future growth.

Responsible for the planning of works orders and ensuring customer required bates are fulfilled.
Reviewing and planning stocks to ensure allocations can be made for forecast orders
Liaising with external suppliers to ensure orders are manufactured in a timely manner
Keep customers up to date with their orders and deal with any amendments or issues.
Maintain, update and implement the marketing plan using social media
Build and maintain customer and supplier relationships both in the UK and internationally

Collaborating with all teams to ensure best practices are being adhered to and provide support for continuous improvements in meeting all customer requirements.

The successful Sales & Operations Team Leader will have the following skills and experience:

Team Leader or management experience ideally within a production environment.

Production planning
Good understanding of H & S polices
Of reviewing stock levels and planning customer forecast schedules
Strong IT skills including excel and teams
Producing reports
Customer account management
Problem solving dealing with customers problems and finding solutions
Experience of working in a busy coordination/ scheduling role.

In return you can expect to receive a basic salary of between £25,000-£30,000 depending on your experience and they offer both 35 or 40 hour a week contracts.
