Role: Senior Estimator
Company: Well established, professional main contractor that specialises in delivering stunning Super-Prime Residential projects for UHNWI and luxury developers in Mayfair, Belgravia, Kensington, Chelsea etc.
Location: Hampshire, projects in Central London and Southern Home Counties so some travel to be expected on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse tender documentation and prepare accurate estimates for projects ranging from £1m to £10m in value.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure tender submissions meet client requirements and specifications.
• Conduct thorough cost analysis, including material, labour, and subcontractor costs, to determine project budgets.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry pricing trends, materials, and construction methods.
• Assist in the development of project schedules and construction methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating, preferably within the super-prime residential sector.
• Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working on luxury and super prime projects in Central London is preferred.

Reporting: Reporting directly to the Managing Director of the business.
