IdealCandidate:
The ideal candidate forthis role will have a minimum of 3 years experience in the ITsupport sector. They should demonstrate a high level of proficiencyin Active Directory Exchange workstation and server setup andsupport. Additionally familiarity with internet routerconfiguration soft PBX admin and mobile device management tools ispreferred. Motivated individuals eager to pursue formal learningopportunities to gain certifications and benefit from associatedincentives and sponsorships are highly encouraged toapply.
MainDuties:
Provide exceptionalhelpdesk support to users
Diagnose and resolveinbound support requests related to IT connectivity telephony andmobile
Monitor RMM dashboard status/alerts andtake corrective action as needed
Specialize indiagnosing and resolving escalated and complexissues
Repair hardware faults and installupgrades to client hardware
Identify trendsaffecting service quality and implement appropriatesolutions
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience in IT Supportessential
Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS900)desirable
Microsoft 365 Identity and Services(MS100) desirable
Microsoft 365 Mobility andSecurity (MS101) desirable
Managing MicrosoftTeams (MS700) desirable
Strong team player witha professional friendly cando attitudeessential
