WHAT TO EXPECT DAY TO DAY


This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance professional who wishes to join a dynamic Finance Team, based in Lisburn to support with Accounts Receivable Activities.


Responsibilities include:

  • Reconciling shipping documentation to despatch reports.
  • Raising customer sales invoices.
  • Inputting customer invoices onto Sage 50 Accounts.
  • Reconciling customer statements to their accounts.
  • Chasing outstanding customer receipts and inputting on Sage 50 Accounts.
  • Maintaining & Monitoring customer portals.
  • Liaising with Internal sales team and shipping department regarding queries.
  • Supporting the month end process and yearly audit.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Enthusiastic individual who is selfmotivated and proactive.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills with an ability to deliver on tight deadlines.
  • The ability to analyse data.
  • Sage 50 Accounts and Microsoft Excel basic skills essential.
  • Ability to work effectively on crossfunctional teams but also independently.
  • Ability to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

  • 2+ Years Relevant Experience within a highvolume Sales Ledger Department.
  • Experience liaising with customers.
  • Microsoft Excel knowledge.
  • Experience using Sage 50 Accounts.

Desirable

  • Manufacturing/Engineering Company Experience.
