WHAT TO EXPECT DAY TO DAY

This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance professional who wishes to join a dynamic Finance Team, based in Lisburn to support with Accounts Receivable Activities.

Responsibilities include:

Reconciling shipping documentation to despatch reports.
Raising customer sales invoices.
Inputting customer invoices onto Sage 50 Accounts.
Reconciling customer statements to their accounts.
Chasing outstanding customer receipts and inputting on Sage 50 Accounts.
Maintaining & Monitoring customer portals.
Liaising with Internal sales team and shipping department regarding queries.
Supporting the month end process and yearly audit.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Enthusiastic individual who is selfmotivated and proactive.
Excellent organisational and communication skills with an ability to deliver on tight deadlines.
The ability to analyse data.
Sage 50 Accounts and Microsoft Excel basic skills essential.
Ability to work effectively on crossfunctional teams but also independently.
Ability to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

2+ Years Relevant Experience within a highvolume Sales Ledger Department.
Experience liaising with customers.
Microsoft Excel knowledge.
Experience using Sage 50 Accounts.

Desirable

Manufacturing/Engineering Company Experience.
