We are looking for a highly motivated and inspirational individual to join our staff team at South Staffordshire College.

We have purpose-built specialist facilities based on the Rodbaston and Torc campus at South Staffordshire College as well as discrete SEND provision with the mainstream campus across five sites.

This allows us to provide a high quality, fully inclusive learning environment for learners with a wide variety of learning difficulties and/or disabilities.

Due to our growing learner numbers, we wish to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated qualified teacher who can work effectively and imaginatively to provide first class learning experiences for our learners and assist with their preparation to adulthood.

We wish to recruit and develop a highly skilled teacher that will work independently as well as within a team to inspire our learners.

Our provision centres on delivering wholly personalised study programmes, which are designed to support each one of our learners to achieve the best possible outcomes.

This ranges from RARPA to formal qualifications.

You need to be a strong team player with a real desire to help young adults with learning difficulties to realise their potential - experience of working with learners with learning disabilities and/or disabilities, knowledge of the SEND reforms and the Education Health Care Plans process will be an advantage.

You will be trained/developed on all the above as part of working and collaborating with the direct teaching team as well as business support teams involved with working with young people with SEND.
