- Drive process automation by collaborating with IT and leveraging external expertise.
- Improve data quality to support operations and wider data use within the organization.
- Lead Continuous Improvement in the wider business team.
- Ensure effective systems support operational processes.
- Assist in gathering requirements for process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with third-party suppliers through change lifecycles.
- Work with testing teams to understand and test system & data requirements.
- Assess system changes' impact on downstream reporting.
- Customize and build reports.
- Risk and Security, act as the First Line of Defence for risk management and maintain security-awareness within the team.
- Proficiency in data and reporting
- Tools like Excel, PowerBI, SQL, etc.
- Translating business needs to technical teams and third-party vendors.
- Familiarity with managing vendors, Operations, IT Teams.
- Strong understanding of finance systems architecture, data management, and data flow.
