Opportunity for a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor 2-5 years PQE to join a top-tier practice in their Bristol office.
This well-known Construction team is looking to welcome an additional Associate to work on non-construction matters. You will see this team acting on a wide range of construction projects, for example, advising retailers on nationwide expansion projects, contractors on high-profile energy projects, housebuilders and social housing providers on development and regeneration and banks and investors on their loans and purchases.

They are looking for someone fluent in the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts including NEC4, JCT as well as international forms such as FIDIC and bespoke EPC contracts.
