    Day to day responsibilities

    · Existing Business) Working with the Head of Customer Success to implement and drive existing business strategies and opportunities. Forming key relationships with clients and understanding their business needs is key.

    · (New Business) Identifying New Business Opportunities: This involves

    o researching and identifying potential markets, clients, and partnerships that align with the company's goals and objectives.

    · (New Business) Lead Generation and Conversion: Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. Following up on leads and converting them into sales opportunities.

    · Building and Maintaining Relationships: Developing and nurturing

    · relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty. This includes networking at events, conferences, and industry gatherings.

    · Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Analysing data to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

    · Running key marketing activities and campaigns.

    · Managing Sales Pipeline: Managing the sales pipeline effectively by tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through the various stages of the sales

    o process.

    · Collaborating with Cross-functional Teams: Working closely with teams across the organisation, including sales, marketing, product development, and finance, to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.

    o Potentially setting up and running an internal pre-sales arm to support new and existing business opps.

    · Continuous Learning and Improvement: Staying updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in business development. Continuously seeking opportunities for personal and professional development.

    · Reporting and Analysis: Providing regular reports and analysis to management on key metrics such as sales performance, market share, and ROI on business development activities.
