Signature Recruitment is thrilled to offer a part-time, home-based role for a proactive and dedicated individual who will write compelling job adverts for showcasing on our website and job boards.

This role is to start mid-April, is for 6 months and requires a commitment of 7 hours across weekday mornings.

Hours will be distributed over Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays to align with our current workflows to ensure timely copy as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft compelling job advert content to attract top talent for our website, job boards as well as other platforms as required.
Maintain a strong brand voice and messaging consistency across all materials.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to tailor content that meets specific job requirements and work to deadlines.
Upload copy to our website following SEO practices.
Stay uptodate on current copywriting trends and best practices including AI tools.

Skills:

Experience as a copywriter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently.
Knowledge of SEO principles.
