- Working closely with our in house Multidisciplinary health care team as well as the on-site neuro-diversity lead.
- Work closely with the neurodiversity lead to manage a caseload of patients deemed to have mild cognitive impairments, a diagnosis of ASD, ADHD with a focus on risk assessment and risk management strategies, ensuring that the requirements of the Care Program Approach are met in a timely manner.
- You will working withmulti-disciplinary care planning, both within the clinical setting and also in partnership with prison.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Disability Nurse at HMP Winchester to join our team. HMP Winchester is a Category B Local remand prison located in Central Winchester accommodating approximately 670 male prisoners.
Although the site is close to Winchester city centre there is onsite (free) parking for all staff and it is a short walk from Winchester train station.
Due to HMP Winchester holding remand prisoners and to support the daily regime, we do require staff to work on rota basis and you can be asked to work nights, bank holidays and weekends although if youre looking for flexibility we can discuss this at interviewThis position is full time hours a week and youll receive an annual salary up to 49,770 per annum FTE - depending on experience.
