    Associate Director - Contract - Data/Cloud/Cyber Security

    Are you a Billing Manager/Associate Director that wants to own, manage, and grow a specialist Contract division?

    Do you want to have a clear progression plan to become Director level?

    We are looking for a high performing established contract recruitment leader who has experience running a large contract book, as well as managing a small to medium 360 contract recruitment team

    As the Associate Director of Contract, you will be responsible for but not limited to:


    • Owning, managing, and growing a specialist contract division out further
    • Overseeing a team of consultants focused on Business Development/Delivery within a specific European Contract Division in either Cloud, Data or Cyber Security
    • Driving training within your team all focused on personal development of your consultants (ranging from training, process management, weekly monthly reviews, target setting etc)
    • Minimum 25 days per year annual leave + bank holidays + birthday day off
    Additional paid time off for sick, mental health, menstrual etc
