T2M Resourcing are working on behalf of a successful international organisation who have an opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join their team.

This is a key role in the team, and you will focus on business partnering the commercial function ontender bids, profitability analysis and business cases.


As Finance Business partner you will report directly to the Head of Finance and business partner two commercial directors and their teams to support them in delivering revenue and profit for the UK Business.


  • Hybrid Role
  • Competitive Salary £55,000 to £60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

As Finance Business Partner your remit will include:

  • Working alongside the Head of Finance to lead business partnering the commercial team to drive business performance.
  • Challenge business performance and margin control, adding value to and influencing decisionmaking by recommending solutions and options.
  • Providing insight and support using both financial and nonfinancial data and KPI's, as well as challenging the commercial function on performance, future plans and outlook.
  • Lead role in the tender process, ensuring best practice is followed across all areas.
  • Support the tender process and other business decisions and analysis for the North-West and Midlands areas.
  • Business partnering support to the Commercial teams in the North West and Midlands providing support for monthly variances, budgeting and forecasting, and adhoc analysis.

To be successful as Finance Business Partner you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Accounting qualification ACA/ACCA/CIMA
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to both constructively challenge and influence at all levels
  • Business partnering a commercial function, with particular experience in tender processes or business cases and financial analysis.
  • Be a strong allrounder with demonstrable track record in commercial analysis and evaluation and business planning / evaluation
