Production Supervisor (Night Shift)


Our client, a leading food producer of healthy snacks, are in search of an experienced Production Supervisor to work the night shift.


Hours of Work: 11pm

  • 7am

Main Responsibilities:


  • To lead and supervise a team of production operatives on the floor
  • Train operatives to the desired standard
  • Investigate all under performance issues
  • Ensure regular team communications are completed to the correct standard
  • Assist with completion of Annual Performance Reviews with team members.
  • Ensure all employees work and abide by the company values
  • Record and monitor H&S performance through agreed metrics
  • Proactively identify and eliminate hazards
  • Work towards keeping downtime to a minimum and resolve issues on floor
  • Ensure orders and produced on time in line with work schedule
  • Work towards company KPIs and hitting targets
  • Complete handovers at start and end of shift

Essential Criteria

  • At least 1 year (+) supervisor experience
  • Ability to supervise and delicate workloads
  • Confident in working under pressure
  • Ability to prioritise work
  • Experience in completing shift handovers
  • Able to work within company health and safety guidelines and ensure teamwork within guidelines
