SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATORwith a quality independent estate agents. They are looking for a service driven individual who ideally can also value/list. Experience in the industry is essential.**
Duties Include:

Registering applicants
Viewing Vendor feedback
Negotiating offers
Booking market appraisals and viewings
Conducting viewings
General administration
Valuing & Listing ideally

Requirements:

Full driving licence & car
Residential property experience including listing ideally
Well presented and professional in appearance
Customer focussed
Organised and methodical approach
Self motivated and hard working
Local knowledge preferred
