    We're a remote-first team of 11 building one of the most innovative social applications in Web3.

    The Role ‍

    As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will work closely with our 5 other Staff Engineers (incl. a Team Lead), the Product Manager, and the Product Designer. Our team has a fairly flat organization, so you will have many opportunities to work alongside the other team members from time to time, including the Co-founders.

    Your main responsibilities:

    • Develop features, infrastructure, architecture, and applications, including integrations with blockchain protocols.
    • Lead coding across the entire stack, ensuring high standards and best practices.
    • Design robust solutions capable of global scalability.
    • Effectively communicate and collaborate on fast-paced feature development.
    • Write technical documentation.

    • Communicator: You understand the critical role that communication plays in a remote team especially in a distributed, remote-first environment. You know how to give, receive, and appreciate candid feedback.

    What you have

    • 5+ year of full stack development in large scale projects (1M+ requests per day).
    • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or computer science.
    • Advanced knowledge of front-end tech stack including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and
    • Advanced knowledge of back-end tech stack including JavaScript and
    • Proficient knowledge of GraphQL.
    • Deep understanding of scalable CI/CD team working frameworks.
    • Deep understanding of Agile delivering process.
    • Good communication skills.

    Nice-to-haves

    • Web3 native: knowledge of Solidity smart contracts and building with blockchain protocols.
    • Experience at start-ups.
    • Experience building consumer applications.
    • Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools.
    • Creative outlets (professional or hobby).

    Location

    • This role is open to remote candidates who are able to work in UK Time.
    • Most of our team is spread out between London and Poland, preference will be given to candidates in these areas.

    Start Date, Compensation, and Benefits

    • This position is available immediately.
    • A two-month probation period (full pay) will be in effect from the start date.
    • Total compensation from $100,000 to $120,000 USD (£80,000 to £96,000 GBP).
    • Equity/token package included.
    • Annual team offsites, wellness stipend, learning stipends.
    • 33 days Paid Time Off per year (including local public holidays, wherever you are).
    • Additional benefits (pension, healthcare, etc.) to be implemented after raising Series A.

    • 15 minutes screening call with our Co-founder/COO
    • 30 minutes screening call with both of our Co-founders
    • 60 minutes technical interview (systems design exercise) with our Team Lead and 1-2 Senior Staff Engineers
    • 60 minutes technical interview (knowledge-based questions) with the same
