What you'll be doing:

  • Providing excellent customer service whilst answering customers queries
  • Managing customer expectations
  • Working on new and existing projects
  • Attending internal client meetings
  • Record and escalate customer complaints
  • Key Account Management
  • Updating the CRM database

What you need:

  • Experienced in being an excellent communicator
  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Strong initiative
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service
  • Confident using Excel
  • Understand KPI's and how they are met
