    Job Description

    • Assist and deliver the layout and space planning of New Store Projects

    Working with data and applying retail knowledge you will help design the layout of categories and brands within new retail stores. From a 5000 SQFT local store to a 60,000 SQFT Flagship, each store must be meticulously planned, both currently correct and future proofed.

    • Record and Analyse New Store Information

    Accurately and methodically recording all business critical information on new and refit store projects. Meticulous attention to detail and ability to self-check work will ensure all key stakeholders have access to information necessary for the installation and future running of new stores.

    • Sales and Data Analysis on new stores and commercial projects

    Analysing sales, stock and wider commercial data, looking at trends of both the business as a whole and new stores to help inform future decisions. Proving concepts and highlighting weaknesses to help drive the new store design forward ensuring we are delivering stores that maximise both the customer experience and commerciality.

    • Progress updates for current New Store Projects

    A point of contact for all assigned stores and ensuring communication is shared with the correct parties efficiently. Tracking all outstanding works and sharing back updates to the Space and Commercial Planning Manager.

    • Understanding and delivering of Retail Operations

    Building strong relationships with key business retail partners. To learn and understand the businesses key commercial strategies at retail to ensure fundamentals are met while elevating the store through modern and commercial design and layout.

    Qualifications

    • Experience working across Retail with an analytical mindset and an ability to problem solve in a methodical and yet still creative way.
    • Excellent attention to detail and an ability to analyse and interrogate high volumes of data as well as demonstrating an ability to focus on higher level overview.
    • Be a collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal/communication skills, while demonstrating high levels of emotional intelligence and possess the ability to push back with professionalism.
    • Ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise work schedule for self and work within agreed timescales and manage the information flow between internal and external colleagues.
    • Self-starter able to work under own initiative.
    • Must be able to work well under tight deadlines.
    • Valid working rights for the EMEA countries.
    • Technically literate.
    • Experience using Excel and Microsoft Office software.
    • Data analysis experience (desirable but not essential)
    • Experience using In-Design (desirable but not essential)
