    Dove & Hawk are working in partnership with a Central London based Commercial Property Management Surveying firm who are in the process of adding to their team in W1.

    With an established client base they are looking for an MRICS Property Management Surveyor with 3+ years post qualification experience.

    Dealing with a variety of private clients the portfolio is made up of Office Pace and Retail as well as some Out of Town Retail and would suit someone looking for a long term career path within the Commercial Property Management field:

    Duties/Functions of the role:
    Day to day property management of the portfolio with a focus on office and retail assets.
    Providing first-class property management services to the buildings within the portfolio.
    Assisting with due diligence on identified acquisitions or disposals.
    Conducting site visits to properties within the portfolio.
    Building strong tenant relationships.
    Producing reports for clients.
    Assisting with leasing due diligence and management of tenant fit out. Dealing with tenant applications/issues quickly and appropriately. Obtaining client approvals to proposed decisions or recommendation and manage the approval process.
    Reviewing, issuing and approval of service charge budgets and reconciliationsManagement and reporting on rent collection/arrears.
    Ensuring that occupiers comply with the terms of their leases and regular liaison with tenants and frequent periodic inspections.
    Routine communication with the client, facilities managers, solicitors, tenants & landlords.


    Requirements of the role:


    MRICS Qualification with 3+ years' PQEPrior experience of managing commercial property (ideally office space & retail).Thorough understanding of commercial leases, especially landlord and tenant legislation.

    Thorough knowledge of Service Charges with Commercial Property.
    Strong communication skills (verbal & written).

    Excellent organisational skillStrong IT skillsFull UK Driving LicenceSalary Budgets:
    £60-68,000 Basic Salary per annum + Numerous Benefits
