Our client is an established building and design company based in St Leonards on Sea. They are the number one choice throughout Sussex for design and build refurbishments, project management and maintenance. They are currently looking for a Multi Trader to join their hardworking and dedicated team.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a similar role, hold relevant trade qualifications as well as previous experience of a range of repairs and maintenance work. You will have strong knowledge of the requirements of the Health and Safety law and hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence.

The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experiences:

• Demonstrable experience within a similar role
• Experience and hold relevant qualifications in Plumbing and Carpentry
• Previous experience of a range of repairs and maintenance work
• Possess strong knowledge of the requirements of the Health and Safety law
• Hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence

Your duties as a Multi Trader will include:

• Carpentry including kitchens and doors
• Tiling
• Plastering
• Plumbing
• General maintenance
• Following works orders

Salary:

• GBP35,000 per annum depending on experience
• + Company van

Full Time, Permanent
