We are currently seeking an ambitious and driven Recruitment Analyst to join our high-performing team.

As a pivotal member of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in shaping the landscape of talent acquisition within the Investment Management sector.

You will be responsible for:

Facilitating candidate sourcing initiatives to identify leading talent.
Engaging with clientele to coordinate and attend meetings.
Orchestrating seamless interview scheduling and coordination.
Proactively identifying prospective leads to drive business expansion.
Precisely transcribing CVs with meticulous attention to detail.
Conducting comprehensive data cleansing to ensure optimal accuracy and efficiency.
Crafting compelling and articulate advertisements to reflect job descriptions and posting on various job boards.


You will possess:
A distinguished academic background with a minimum of a 2:1 degree from a reputable university.
Significant prior work experience, ideally in an office environment.
Exceptional writing and verbal communications skills, coupled with strong analytical capabilities.
