    Vehicle Leasing Administrator

    • Location: Trentham
    • Salary: £23,500
    • Temporary Position
    • Start Date: 5th June
    • Support provided through June and partially July

    The Role:

    • Provide administration support to a sales team
    • Produce and issue finance contracts to customers
    • Manage identification requests
    • Handle customer queries from an aftersales perspective
    • Ensure accuracy of all documents
    • Process sales documents

    Skills and Attributes required:

    • Strong organisational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Confidence using various web-based systems
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
    • Experience in administrative roles preferred
    • Able to handle challenging customer conversations

    The Hours:

    • Monday to Friday, 8:45 am – 5:30 pm
