- Client liaison to collect accurate details before inputting details on to the system
- Running antimoney laundering checks
- Issuing engagement letters
- Ensuring client documents are compliant together with management of risk administration
- Client set up on internal systems/portals
- Refreshing out of date documentation
- Data capture and cleansing
- Acting as first point of contact for any client queries
- Troubleshooting portal or document issues
- Assisting with department billing processes tracking fees and raising invoices
- Manage the internal job management system ensure workflow is kept up to date
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills specifically Outlook and Excel
- Excellent keyboard skills
- Above average written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to make decisions, think on your feet and move easily from task to task
- Previous experience of working at a senior level in a professional services environment.
- Able to demonstrate experience of dealing with confidential information
