    Our Liberation and Campaigns Co-Ordinator will be Bristol SUs expert when it comes to supporting and empowering students from marginalised backgrounds.

    You might be someone who is passionate about social justice, equality and human rights and you'll be someone who understands the impact of intersectionality on our experiences.

    Of course we're not expecting you to have lived experience in all areas, but you'll be committed to and focused on liberation for all students, working to enable underrepresented and marginalised communities to get involved and make change.

    You might be someone who has experience as a community organiser or someone skilled in elevating the voices of those often go unheard.

    You'll play a key role in ensuring that Bristol SU is meeting the needs of students from a diverse range of backgrounds and lobbying the University to do the same for an improved student experience and a better education.

    But we are looking for someone who is a natural problem-solver with excellent administration skills to help them adapt to a fast-paced environment.

    You'll be experienced and confident in working on equity, diversity and inclusion issues.


    Hours:
    Full Time – 35 Hours Per Week (to be worked flexibly, part-time applicants welcome)
