We are looking to recruit a
Training Coordinator, to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday at our Head Office based in Croydon.
By liaising with external training providers and utilising our digital training platform, staff will periodically undertake individual and group training sessions.
As the Training Coordinator you will liaise with service managers and operations coordinators to ensure each service has a full compliment of fully trained staff.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding employee training needs/requirements
- Organise, arrange and ensure training is complete in a timely manner
- Track, maintain and report on training outcomes
- Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment
- Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers
- Coordinate offsite training activities for employees
- Manage and maintain inhouse training facilities and equipment
- Keep an up to date 1 year tracker of all training requirements/records
About you:
Experience and skillset:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Good communication
- Well organised
