UK Power Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Heath Safety Environment & Quality (HSEQ) Administrator to join our growing team You will administer the HSEQ systems, giving support to the HSEQ to enable the maintenance and development of the HSEQ Management system.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist in the maintenance of an uptodate Approved Suppliers system.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the UKPS Policies and Documentation revisions and libraries (document control).
  • Assist with management of all Accreditations, SMAS, Safe Contractor etc
  • Perform quality and compliance checks on our main Solutions Domain system (training will be given).
  • Coordinate responses to internal and 3rd party external audits as required.
  • Provide administration support to the Head of HSEQ and HSEQ Team Leader
  • Provide administration support to the rest of the associated Department.
  • Arranging and recording waste management activity.
