    Role Overview:

    As a Strategic Account Director, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our most important client accounts. You will be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business objectives, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Through your strategic guidance and industry expertise, you will identify and develop opportunities to expand our service offerings and generate revenue growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key client accounts, serving as their trusted advisor
    • Understand client business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to develop strategic technology roadmaps
    • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, project management, and technical teams, to deliver integrated solutions and projects
    • Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts, driving revenue growth
    • Conduct regular business reviews with clients, providing insights and recommendations for improving their IT infrastructure and operations
    • Monitor and track account performance, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
    • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to senior executives and key stakeholders

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in a strategic account management or sales role in the IT industry
    • Strong understanding of IT Managed Services and Solutions
    • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
    • Ability to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
    • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
    • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of exceeding sales targets
    • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
