    Permanent An exciting opportunity has arisen within the electronic connector distribution industry for a Business Development Manager to cover the UK market.

    The CompanyA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a well-established, privately owned distributor of electronic connectors.

    The RoleAs the Business Development Manager, you will work towards annual sales objectives by working with new and existing customers to develop sales and technical opportunities.

    This role will expect you to work remotely and travel on a national basis to meet both new & existing customers.

    Reporting to senior management, you will be required to:
    Increase our market share & maximise new business development opportunitiesWork towards sales growth targetsBuild rapport with new & existing customersProvide an effective handover to support colleaguesAct as ambassador for our brandOur regular working hours are Monday
    • Thursday 8:45 17:00 and Friday 8:45 15:45.
    This role will occasionally require overnight stays as you visit longer distance customers or tie in multiple visits.

    About YouTo join us as a Business Development Manager, you will need:

    Technical sales experienceExcellent communications and relationship-building skillsExcellent attention to detailStrong Microsoft Office skillsA full clean UK driving licenceThe applicant must have strong technical knowledge of connectors and their application or be from an electro-mechanical background.

    Additional training on our product portfolio will be provided.
