    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tutor to join our team.

    As a Tutor teaching Functional skills and apprenticeship delivery, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives by providing them with personalised academic support.

    Duties:

    • Provide oneonone or group tutoring sessions to students in various subjects
    • Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to develop personalized learning plans
    • Create engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' understanding of the material
    • Monitor students' progress and adjust teaching methods as needed
    • Communicate with parents or guardians regarding students' academic performance
    • Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to ensure students' success
    • Utilize different teaching strategies and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles
    • Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress

    Experience:

    • Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is preferred
    • Knowledge of subjects, including Maths & English
    • Familiarity with special education techniques and strategies is a plus
    • Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
    • Patience and empathy when working with students of different ages and abilities
