We are currently recruiting a
Handyman/Janitor to join our team working in
Grangemouth, FK3 9XB

Perks of the job:

- £11.40 per hour

Full time 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
Shift times 7am3pm

What you'll be doing:

Drive and fuel pool cars and valet when required
Collect and distribute mail throughout the HQ building
Litter picking 2hrs per week
Meeting room and chair audits, Check supplies in room and condition report on chairs, tightening chairs if needed
Light maintenance duties.
Light painting duties when required
Window cleaning of ground floor windows
Cleaning and keeping tidy Plant room
Check salt /grit bins
Empty drip trays in water machine
Replace empty water bottles
Fill up water urns
Empty smoke bins
Light landscaping duties
Check and replace signage throughout village
Check Antislip mats and clean
Replace any white goods
Check and realign red/white barriers in car parks
Raise defects with village coordinator
Monitor and check stock appliances

Experience:

Experience of DIY/light carpentry work is desirable
All successful applicants will be required to pass a drug & alcohol test prior to commencing work
A full site H&S induction will need to be completed prior to commencing work
A full manual driving licence is required
DBS Required applied for by applicant if position is offered, repaid on commencement of employment.
Will be required to complete basic security vetting for MOD site.
