    Catering Assistant - Worksop, Nottinghamshire

    Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

    Salary: £11.44 per hour

    We're presently in need of a Catering Assistant to join our crucial team at North Notts College, Colton Road, Worksop, S81 1EG

    Main responsibilities

    • Adaptable based on business needs. Daily tasks may vary, but are likely to include:
    • Preparation and serving of food and drinks to students
    • Food prep
    • Setting up and cleaning both front and back of house areas
    • Customer-oriented – delivering top-notch service at all times
    • General upkeep of front and back of house areas
    • Sweeping/Mopping and general housekeeping to maintain high cleanliness standards
    • Preparation of any other public-facing areas as needed
    • Completion of relevant training, such as Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 qualifications

    Requirements

    • Prior experience in a similar catering role is advantageous, but not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided
    • DBS check is necessary
