    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly organised, hands-on, experienced and technical Integration Manager to lead the successful deployment and integration of our key product, Envisso Monitor across our client's portfolio with an initial focus on Latin America (LATAM). They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the deployment process, ensuring smooth execution across diverse geographical locations and cultural contexts. This is a critical role requiring both communication, execution skills and providing technical expertise to support the integration process. We are looking for someone who is based in Western or Central Europe to ensure a high crossover of timezone with Europe and Latin America.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with customers to understand their integration needs, troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to customers.
    • Develop and manage a comprehensive deployment plan for our client's LATAM portfolio, considering regional variations and dependencies.
    • Work collaboratively with internal teams (client engagement, operations, tech) to ensure a smooth integration experience for customers.
    • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including the client, internal teams, and regional representatives.
    • Monitor and track deployment, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and addressing any concerns.
    • Develop and maintain integration documentation and resources for customers.
    • Conduct post-deployment assessments to measure success and proactively identify opportunities to improve the integration process and platform.
    • Travel frequently to LATAM locations to build relationships and facilitate on-site integration efforts.

    Role Requirements:

    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a technical Integration Manager role, preferably in a similar international or cross-cultural environment.
    • Strong understanding of technical integration best practices and methodologies.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing complex deployments across multiple locations.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Fluency (speak, read, and write) in Spanish; Portuguese language abilities are a plus
    • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and remotely
    • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL) a plus.
