- To assist in the cleansing of corporate data by locating, reviewing & electronically filing group listings;
- To work closely with Data Operations and Insurance Sales Ledger teams, to ensure data is stored and labelled correctly;
- To assist with the transfer of cleansed data to Sentinel platform;
- To promote the use of BHSF's corporate portal and GoAnywhere portal to external clients;
- To escalate any findings or issues through the correct reporting lines;
- Attend any external training courses and conferences, where necessary;
- Comply within specified guidelines in relation to the FCA and PRA;
- Maintain courtesy and accurate, informative presentation in all communications;
- Provide adequate cover for other departments in times of absence, sickness or peak demand, when necessary depending on current workload;
- All employees are responsible for ensuring the protection of personal data, as such you are required to actively engage with all requests relating to data protection and proactively ensure compliance with GDPR and the DPA when handling any personal, special category or criminal conviction data. You must report data incidents inline with Company Policy. You must understand and comply with obligations under the Company's data protection, information security, GDPR, DPA and FCA regulations and other relevant policies;
- Operate within defined risk appetite levels, and within the context of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF), Risk Strategy, and all associated policies;
- Meet all the requirements of the regulatory elearning, including caring for vulnerable customers, and the associated company policies;
- Ensure compliance with the company health and safety rules and requirements, ensuring own safety and that of colleagues at all times; raising risks identified immediately and following all health and safety instructions.
- At all times, ensure that customers are put first in everything we do, following all policies and procedures, especially those relating to The Consumer Duty
- 1 years' experience in a similar role
- Minimum of 2 years customer facing experience.
